Geolocation data - Imprecise location information, like  the city, state and ZIP code associated with your IP address.

9. YOUR CONSUMER PRIVACY CHOICES

Updating your Personal Information.  
If your Personal Information changes, or ifyou no longer desire our Services, you may correct, update, amend, delete/remove, or deactivate it by making the change on our member information page or by emailing us at info@golgix.com.We will respond to yourrequest within a reasonable timeframe.

Delete Your Account
If you no longer wish to use theServices or access your account or account information, you may request that we delete your account by contacting us using the information in the Contact Us section below. This will result in the full, permanent deletion of your account and the associated information stored in it. We will not be able to recover your account after it has been deleted.

10. LEAVING OUR SITE AND/OR LINKING TO THIRD PARTIES
When you leave our Site and go to another linked site, we are not responsible for its content or availability. Golgix participates in Social Media platforms ("Social Media") that enable online sharing and collaboration among customers. These features may require us to implement Cookies, plug-ins, and application protocol interfaces(“APIs”) provided by those Social Media platforms to facilitate those communications and features. By choosing to use any third-party SocialMedia platform or choosing to share content or communications with any SocialMedia platform, you allow us to share information with the designated SocialMedia platform. We cannot control any policies or terms of any Social Media third-party platforms. Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies and terms. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any use of your information or content by a third-party platform, which you use at your own risk.

We take the security of your Personal Information seriously. 15. CALIFORNIA'S SHINE THE LIGHT ACT
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of a company who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the PersonalInformation (if any) we disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of Personal Information that were shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding twelve (12) calendar months. 16. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We do not direct or target any of our Services to children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected the Personal Information of anyone under the age of 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information.
