Golgix AI ("we", "our") provides alert and monitoring features through the Golgix AI mobile app (package com.golgix.alerts). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
App interactions, session duration, feature usage, and in-app events collected via Firebase Analytics to help us understand how users engage with the app and improve the experience.
Device model, operating system version, app version, and country/region collected as part of analytics and crash reporting.
We request camera access solely to scan QR codes during device registration. We do not capture, store, or transmit photos or video.
The app allows you to download and view alert reports sent to you via the Golgix AI portal. These files are saved to your device storage for offline access. We do not upload or share files stored on your device.
We store certain app preferences and session data locally on your device. This data does not leave your device unless explicitly transmitted as part of a service request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
